Marquee / Tipi Erector – Site crew

We are looking for new crew members to join our team over the summer to help set up our Tipis and Sailcloth tents. The job is physically demanding so you will need to be fit and motivated to work outdoors, rain or shine. You’ll be working alongside our experienced team helping to set up marquees over the southeast for weddings, festivals and parties. 

Applicants must be enthusiastic, reliable and able to use your own initiative. Although previous marquee or event experience is not essential as we can provide the necessary training, you will have to be fast learner as this can be a demanding role. Being self motivated and willing to work as part of a team is key.

What the job involves

• Erect and dismantle marquees and event structures
• Setting up furniture according to table plans
• Loading and unloading equipment to/from company vehicles checking accuracy of loads in relation to job requirements
• Warehouse duties including cleaning and maintaining marquees, ensuring inventory of hire stock is being kept in order ready for use
• Working to deadlines whilst maintaining companies high standards 

*Onsite crew member £10.00p/h
